Tan Sri Ahmad Nordin was a former Division One Malaysian Civil Servant who commenced legal practice in 1977. Thereafter, he served as Executive Council Member of the Malacca State Government for 3 terms until 1987 when he resumed his legal practice, thus establishing strong relationships with the Malacca State Government agencies and Government Departments. Tan Sri Ahmad Nordin has vast experience in handling Property Development, business negotiations and legal consultations. Having been in practice for more than 30 years, he has established strong business relationships both in the public and private sectors with an impressive list of loyal clienteles.
Recognized for his extensive contribution in legal advisories in the community, the State Government of Malacca appointed Tan Sri Ahmad Nordin as one of the judges of the Malacca Syariah Appeals Court in 1999. He is also currently the Chairman of the “Lembaga Rayuan Perancang Bandar & Desa Negeri Melaka”.

Adillah was called to the English Bar in 1993 and started practice in Malaysia in 1994. She has vast experience in the fields of Civil and Banking Litigation with matters successfully litigated for Banks and Corporations up to the Federal Court of Malaysia. Several cases handled by Cik Adillah were reported in various Malaysian Law Journals. Cik Adillah has built an impressive track record in handling Corporate matters. In the past 6 years, she has successfully assisted several Malacca State Government agencies and companies, in negotiating, drafting and finalizing contracts pertaining to various joint ventures, business collaborations and partnerships in Malacca. Recognized for her competence in handling corporate matters, Cik Adillah was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of Ornapaper Berhad in December 2002, a local manufacturing company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia and has been serving the board to date.
Cik Adillah has been called to speak on Corporate Governance and the Code of Ethics in numerous seminars and forums conducted by the State Government of Malacca. It is indeed an honour for the firm when Utusan Karya selected Cik Adillah as a regular columnist for their most widely circulated magazine ‘WANITA’ to answer public questions on legal matters affecting women beginning from their December 2010 issue.
