Since its inception, the Firm has focused mainly in the practice of conveyancing and real estate. The Firm is on the panel of several major banks and financial institutions. It has represented financial institutions as well as private and government entities in various commercial and financial transactions. The Firm’s role includes general advisory work, drafting and negotiations of documents and agreements for clients. The Firm has acted for all parties – banks, developers, vendors and purchasers – providing each with efficient and professional service.

The Firm’s litigation department specializes in civil and banking litigation with matters successfully litigated for Banks and Companies up to the Federal Court. Several cases handled by Cik Adillah were reported in Malaysian Law Journals.

For the past 4 years, the Firm is also dedicated to handle contract matters especially for the Malacca State Government related companies and subsidiaries pertaining to several joint ventures and privatization projects in Malacca. Led by Cik Adillah, the Firm’s key strength is in negotiation, drafting and finalization of agreements and contracts between business partners.
